Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Next Business days (Before Shipping) Monday - Thursday
Orders typically take 3 -10 days to deliver once scanned in by USPS.
We want you to receive your order promptly. While USPS may be the main point of contact, please let us know if you are experiencing any issues with your delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you order body butter and it arrives melted, place it in the freezer and use it like normal.
Wrong Address ~It is advised to add the correct address when placing an order. If for some reason there is a mistake with your address after placing an order, contact us right away and we can make the necessary changes. If your package was delivered to an address other than your address, please contact USPS.
Delivered ~ If your package is marked delivered, but you didn't receive it, please contact USPS - they will get in contact with your mail personnel to see where they left it. If you run into any issues with USPS please let us know and we will do our best to help get the situation resolved.
Missing Package - If your package happens to go missing by USPS, a refund will be issued for the products.
- No Refund on Shipping.
Return Policy
There are no returns/exchanges STRICTLY due to sanitary reasons, however, if you have an issue with the order, please contact us. We want to make sure that you enjoy your experience at Belle Hera. We will always do what we can to make the situation right.
